1. Technical Satisfaction Guarantee

If QHound fails to function on your specific system architecture or cannot connect to your Redis environment due to a software bug, we offer a 14-day full refund window from the date of purchase.

2. Digital Product Policy

As QHound is a digitally delivered product, we generally do not issue refunds for "change of mind" once a Pro license key has been activated. We recommend using the free tier to ensure compatibility before upgrading.

3. How to Request

Please send an email to support@qhound.dev with your Paddle Order ID and a brief description of the technical issue you are facing. Our engineering team will attempt to resolve it within 48 hours; if we cannot, a refund will be issued immediately.

Payments and Refunds are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
