1. Information We Collect
QHound is a local-first desktop application. We do not collect, store, or transmit your Redis connection strings, passwords, or database data. All sensitive infrastructure data remains encrypted on your local machine.
2. Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.
3. Analytics & Telemetry
We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., app crash reports or feature engagement) to improve the software. This never includes your data or Redis keys. You can opt-out at any time via the Settings > Privacy menu in the app.
